Here at Sherdley we take any form of bullying seriously. We are a telling school and and promote the message that bullying is not acceptable. Each year week have an Anti-Bullying Week in school during which we consider all aspects of bullying, including cyber-bullying.

We have produced this booklet in response to parents requests for us to give/offer help and advice, and to also define what is deemed as bullying. We hope that you find it useful.

Supporting Odd Socks Day

Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!

There is no pressure to wear the latest fashion or for parents to buy expensive costumes.  All you have to do to take part is wear odd socks to your school or workplace, it couldn’t be simpler!  Odd Socks day usually takes place on the first day of Anti Bullying Week each year.
