Week Beginning  Monday 8th January: Happy New Year!!

English - this week we will be looking at a new book Beegu by Alexis Deacon.

Mathematics - we will be looking at more than, less than and equal to this week.

Keep learning your tables - We are starting with our X10 table, then the X2 table and then the X5 tables.  We will have weekly tests  -  keep practising!!  The test will always be on a Wednesday.

SCIENCE - We will be starting a new topic: Everyday Materials.  This week we will be labelling different materials.  We will also be investigating & asking scientific questions using a website called Explorify.

TOPIC - We will begin a new topic Homes

PE - This week we will start a Dance unit Winter Wonderland & also we will start a Movement Unit G: Wide – Narrow – Curled

MUSIC - We will complete a unit of work In The Groove - this week we will be looking at the Blues style of music.
