First day in Class 2F

Class: 2F Year: 2024 - 2025

We have had such an amazing first day in Year 2!

We did some work making numbers using different resources in Maths, then we went outside for our English lesson. We are going to be using a book called 'Wild' in our lessons so we went to investigate a wild area on our school field. We listened carefully to what we could hear, looked at what we could see and did some crayon rubbings of things we could touch. Then we collected some 'wild' objects, took them inside and worked in groups to make nature pictures. 

This afternoon, we have started our first Science topic by looking at things and deciding whether they are living, not living or never been alive.

Wow! A very busy day!
