Easter Festivities

Class: Pre-School Year: 2023 - 2024

This week the children have been learning about why we celebrate Easter and looking at our traditional Easter festivities.  Today we sampled Hot Cross Buns, went on an Easter Egg Hunt in Pre-School's garden and then went egg rolling.

We hope you all have a wonderful Easter break at home. I wonder if you will carry out any of these traditional activities at home?  Tomorrow, on Good Friday myself and Mrs Jeffs will be eating Hot Cross Buns.  I hope you enjoy yours too!

Policies and Website

‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
