Attendance

Autumn 1 attendance for 5M

5M had a class attendance of 98.22 in Autumn 1 and finished in 2nd place, which was fantastic! Well done everyone!

However, I would like us to win the attendance league this year.

PLEASE make sure you are in school, on time every day. It REALLY MATTERS!

The amount of new learning in Year 5 is HUGE and if you are absent you miss it and may find it more difficult to catch up and meet expectations for Year 5.

How many children are GOLD ? [above 98% attendance]  10 children

How many children are SILVER ?   10 children

How many children are BRONZE ? 10 children

Attendance for 5M

Last year, 5M had a class attendance of 96.66 and finished in 2nd place overall, which was fantastic! However, I would like us to win the attendance league this year.

PLEASE make sure you are in school, on time every day. It REALLY MATTERS!

The amount of new learning in Year 5 is HUGE and if you are absent you miss it and may find it more difficult to catch up and meet expectations for Year 5.

To improve your attendance and reach 'Silver' and then 'Gold' it is simple........be in school on time! Your percentage attendance increases every day that you come into school; so if you are not yet at Gold you can achieve it by the end of the year if you come into school whenever you are able to.

Please remember you can leave some medications in school with instructions for use 'when required' to help with stomach cramps or headaches which we know are natural issues for children of this age. Ask in the main office or speak to your child's class teacher or Mrs Lakey.
