Welcome to Blast!

Breakfast club staff – Miss Follin, Mrs Gaffney and Mrs Stout.

Aferschool club staff – Miss Follin, Mrs Woods and Mrs Brown.

We have lots to offer at Blast – from chilling in the book corner to playing football on the KS2 playground (weather permitting), there’s something for everyone! Colouring and crafts are a big hit at Blast and if you can’t see what you’re looking for to make your picture go with a bang, please ask a member of staff and they’ll be happy to help you in your quest!

In the winter months, as it’s dark quite early, and not always dry, we play team games in the KS2 hall; Dodgeball and Just Dance are particular favourites!

At breakfast club years 3 and up can chose to go into the KS2 hall and play various games with Mrs Stout. This is available every day from 8am – just make sure you’ve had your breakfast first.

Can we remind parents that if you want to cancel a booking, you can do so yourself on the School Money App up until teatime the day before without being charged. 

All enquiries about same-day bookings and cancellations should be directed to the school office.

We have reached full capacity at Blast on the majority of days recently. Please make sure when booking that you don’t get an email back saying it was unsuccessful due to numbers.

If you have not booked your child on via School Money in advance staff will not be able to allow entry.

If you have any questions at all about Blast, or want to cancel / book a same day session, please don’t hesitate to ring school or contact via our school app.

Times and Pricing

From 7:30am – £4.10 (inc breakfast)
From 8:30am – £1.80 (no breakfast) latest drop off is 8.35am due to children moving to classes.

Until 4:15pm – £4.10 (inc light snack)
Until 5:30pm – £7.50 (inc more substantial snack)

If your child attends an after-school club and needs BLAST until 5:30pm the price is £4.10 (snack included)

Last call to eat breakfast is at 8.20am. This is to ensure that your child has adequate time to eat their food and also to get to class in a timely manner.

LATE PICK UP CHARGES, PER CHILD, WILL BE INCURRED AT THE RATE BELOW (this applies for both 4.15pm and 5.30pm pick up):-

For 4.15pm collection – late pick ups from 4.20pm-5.30pm- late fee charge of £5

5.35pm-5.40pm – charge of £5

5.41pm-5.50pm – charge of £10

5.51pm-6pm – charge of £15

After 6pm – charge of £20
